Student Terms & Conditions
Version 2.0 — Effective 2026-10-20
These Student Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Panoralink Business Solutions (pvt) Ltd (PV 00286766) ("we", "us"), the operator of the OneLMS platform, including the clazz.lk marketplace and the teacher and institute school sites. Your age decides how you accept them (see section 1). If you are a parent or guardian giving consent for a child, these terms apply to the child's use of the platform and you are responsible for it.
1. Account, Age & Eligibility
Your account is personal and non-commercial. You must not share your account or login with anyone, and you are responsible for activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information at registration.
How you accept depends on your age:
- Under 16: a parent or guardian must give consent before the account can be used. The guardian can do this in one of two ways. (a) The guardian owns and uses the mobile number used to sign in, and ticks the guardian declaration. (b) The guardian approves with a code or link sent by SMS to a different guardian mobile number. Until a guardian approves, the account stays locked.
- 16 or 17: you may accept for yourself. You must confirm that your parent or guardian knows about your use of the platform and agrees to it, including any payments. Your guardian can ask us at any time to withdraw consent or to delete the account.
- 18 or over: you accept for yourself.
The full steps are in Guardian Consent.
2. Enrolment & Access
Access to a class, course, quiz or recording is granted for the item and period you purchase. Some classes are sold on a per-month basis and access is limited to the month(s) covered. We may apply device limits and recording view limits to protect educators' content; these are shown before or at purchase.
3. Payments & Account Balance
Prices shown at checkout include applicable platform charges and taxes. Payments are processed through our licensed payment partners. Your account balance and its use are governed by our Wallet / Account-Balance Terms.
4. Use of Content
Content is licensed to you for your own learning only. You must not download (except where a download feature is provided), copy, record, re-sell, share or redistribute any class, recording or material. Educators retain ownership of their content.
5. Conduct
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct, and behave respectfully towards educators and other students. To report content or behaviour, use the Report Content form.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your Personal Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. In short:
Two kinds of organisation are involved in your data, and each has its own responsibility.
- Panoralink Business Solutions (pvt) Ltd (PV 00286766) is the controller of your account, your payments, platform safety and moderation, and platform security. We decide how and why that data is used.
- Each teacher or institute is a separate controller of its own class and student records: attendance, marks and results, contact lists, class messages and the materials it uploads. It decides how and why that data is used for its classes.
We store and handle a teacher's or institute's class and student records on its behalf, under the Data Processing Addendum that every teacher and institute accepts. For those records, the teacher or institute is the first place to ask, and we will help you reach them.
Live classes may be recorded by the teacher or institute. They must tell you before recording. Your name and class activity are visible to the teacher or institute that runs the class, and may be shown to other students where the class has a leaderboard or comments. You can choose which profile details to share with a teacher. Marketing messages are optional and separate from these terms.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, our policies or applicable law, or to comply with a lawful directive. A guardian may ask at any time for a child's account to be closed or its consent withdrawn.
9. Nature of the Service
The platform is a marketplace and learning space that connects independent educators with students. We do not employ educators and are not responsible for the accuracy of, or outcomes from, their content. See our Disclaimer.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time and, where changes are material, will ask you (or your guardian) to accept the updated version.
11. Accepting These Terms
When you accept, we record which document and version you accepted, the date and time, your IP address and the device or app you used. We keep this record as proof of what you agreed to. If we change a document in a material way, we may ask you to accept the new version before you continue. Earlier acceptances are kept.
Limitation of Liability
The platform connects independent educators and students and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panoralink Business Solutions (pvt) Ltd (PV 00286766) shall not be liable for: the acts, omissions, content, conduct, accuracy, quality or results of any educator, student or other user; any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss; or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, however arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims connected with the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) LKR 10,000. These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or to any right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003 or other applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits any right or remedy a consumer has under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003.
